I received the cartridge, but it came without the 8GB Micro SD card mentioned in the advertisement (I tried to contact the seller but the only option was a chatbot). To perform the tests, I used a 4GB card that I had saved, and the cartridge worked correctly. I have played some games that use a save feature, and so far I haven’t had any problems. Some games require more time to complete the flashing process; Donkey Kong Country 3 took 1 minute and 20 seconds. I would like feedback from the seller regarding not having sent the 8GB Micro SD card.

This is controversial, especially when compared to other multiplayer systems. I found it takes too long to switch from one game to another because, from what I understood, each game selection transforms the cartridge itself into the chosen game. Important: each folder can only display up to 200 roms. Many of the preconfigured folders exceed this limit, so some games appear hidden. Open the microsd and split those folders into smaller ones (for example, by letter) so each has 200 or fewer roms. Then all games will be visible and playable.
(if you get any errors when running the cartridge after doing that, try removing and reinserting the microsd card properly)

At first I had a problem: the microSD came with many ROMs, but they only appeared up to the letter “J”. I thought it was a cartridge failure, but it’s due to the file organization.
The Japanese ROMs are well divided into folders and appear complete, while the European/USA ones are all together and do not appear as a whole.
The solution is simple: organize the ROMs into subfolders (for example, by letters). After doing so, the EverDrive recognizes the entire catalog without any problem.
I recommend copying the content to the computer, formatting it in FAT32, and reorganizing it before use.
For the price, it’s a very good purchase, but this detail can be confusing.

Works great. The first time i used it, i had to push reset a couple times and now works great. It is annoying that the ok button is b and not a, and the back button is a not b (kind of like using a playstation or western console) and there’s no option to change this. When you select a game, it will take some time to load, but as long as it’s the last game you selected it loads instantly again when you turn off the console – until you swap the game. I don’t find that a big deal as i don’t swap between games and play one before going to another. I also replaced the stock sd card with a new one so i don’t know how slow the original one is, if there’s any difference.
