This thing is awesome. Genesis games eu, usa, and japan games. Not the whole catalog, but its close. You can edit it and put in your own roms and delete the unwanted. Games take 30 seconds to boot up. Hit reset to go back to game list. If you dont change games , just press start to begin the last played option. Im very satisfied and it is worth the money, especially if you cant afford to hunt down rare games

To change the game, you have to turn it off and restart the console, which is inconvenient, and the game list is displayed only as text without images. It’s quite troublesome for those who are used to the GUI that allows switching between games these days (although it’s nice that the last game you played starts right away when you restart). If you think of changing cartridges like you did 35-40 years ago, it works well on my 38-year-old Mega Drive 1. It’s quite natural that there are no Mega CD games.

Loading times are not instantaneous, but the price-to-quality ratio is really excellent.
Good construction, it even has an LED that indicates it’s turned on.
It has a 4GB SD card full of games and also useful tools.
It also includes brand new games and saves the scores and levels of the games that are capable of doing so.

Works perfectly with my 32 gb microsd card. Runs genesis, 32x, and master system games without issues. If you want to use a 32x game, you need to use it with 32x hardware!

It’s well-made and has a pretty design. It’s easy to install games, but when running games, there’s a waiting time of about 10 to 30 seconds before it responds to pressing. It’s an inexpensive product, so please keep that in mind, but other than that, it’s a great choice and a good product. I recommend it.

It worked perfectly, it doesn’t come with 32X ROMs, I added one from another memory card I have here. The cartridge is very well constructed. I have 7 MegaDrive consoles and I noticed that in some of them the cartridge fits very tightly. I don’t know if the Everdrive board is thicker than the original Sega cartridges.

I bought two Mega Evergenesis, one purple Everdrive and one red one.
The Purple Everdrive worked perfectly.
The Red Everdrive is presenting an error, ERROR 62 SD IO error.

I had to replace the card that came in the cartridge because it was showing as corrupted. But on the PC, I was able to make a backup and replace it with another one, and I even added more games!

Very, very good cartridge and super organized according to regions (USA, Japan, and Europe)! I am extremely satisfied! The original SD card is difficult to remove from the slot. I recommend using a tweezers carefully for its removal. On the other hand, I also recommend making a backup to another SD card (in my case, I transferred the files from the original micro SD that comes in this cartridge to another one I already had of 16 GB from Lexar). This cartridge arrived in 4 days 😱!

The Red Everdrive is not working, I removed the micro SD and on the PC all the files are there, I tried to copy the files from the Micro SD card of the Purple Everdrive and it didn’t work, I formatted the Micro SD to Fat 32 and copied all the files from the Micro SD card of the Purple Everdrive and it still didn’t work.
There is some incompatibility with the micro SD.
It only worked after I tested the Micro SD of the Purple Everdrive and another Everdrive I have here.

Works out of the box. The only issue is that when inserting the sd card it’s very easy to miss the sd slot and have the card get stuck and loose in the cartridge. So i have to take it apart to get the sd card back. They could have literally installed or added either a piece of plastic or anything to cover that hole. All the games i tried work, with the 6 button controller. Even rom hacks work. It is kind of slow loading roms, maybe a new or better sd card could improve that. Very easy to add roms.
