Second one i’ve ordered…for some reason this one had an sd that was unreadable in my computer but files showed up when in cartridge…will end up reformatting and putting my own games on it but still kind of inconvenient.

You have to apply patches to the games, and search a bit on the web to find the firmware. You also have to be very careful when updating it, because if you don’t give it enough time, the cartridge becomes unusable.

The SD card that comes in the cartridge does not work and does not load the games, but by changing the card and updating the firmware version by downloading it from their website, it works without problems and runs all the games. Do not activate the fast loading option in the settings or it will not work.

Card is excellent and works well, the lack of instructions is not helpful but going to youtube and looking for supercard tutorials will sort you out. Only downside is the sd card can fall into the slot if you’re not careful. But works great.

Out of the box this flash cart isn’t the best, i tried 2 pre installed games and they both were unplayable. I reformatted the sd card that came with it and updated the firmware of the cart, added my own roms and it works great. The save state function is ok. for the price i would absolutely recommend, personally i like my everdrive a bit more

Good product, the detail is that you should find a tutorial to update the software and this way have fewer problems with the ROMs, because if you don’t do that, the ROMs don’t even work 80% of the time and after updating most of them work.

The version with the 8gb sd card arrived with firmware already flashed and some games already included. I had to update the firmware as it was slightly outdated but usable. I bought this card to use it with twilightmenu++. It was compatable with twilightmenu++ out of the box allowing me to run gba games natively on my ds lite from my slot1 flashcard. It has better performance than twilightmenu’s gbarunner2. It seems very good for the price.

Works well enough. I don’t know if it’s the included roms or the cartridge itself but it has messed up a few times on different games. For $19 you can’t beat it tho tbh. Will try to put some of my own roms on and hopefully that fixes it. Problems include artifacting, messed up sound, or freezing.

It comes without an SD card. You have to figure out how to install the correct firmware and you can’t make any mistakes or the cartridge will be completely unusable. There is almost no information on how to update or install the firmware correctly. The cartridge does not fit properly into the Gameboy Advance; you have to use a lot of force and it could break the console. The card reader they sent me doesn’t work either and cannot read any of the micro SD cards I’ve tried. I’m sorry, but I’m returning it.

Cart works great for most roms. Does not play expanded pokemon emerald roms. Anything with added pokemon and expanded rosters using the emerald expansion rom as a base do not work.
Most everything else worked with patching built in. I just wish it worked for the bigger emerald expanded roms since that’s what i wanted to play.

It’s fine if you’re looking to emulate and test consoles. The problem is that it suffers from severe slowdowns.

Do not buy! – i bought two of these cartridges, neither one worked at all!
I tried swapping the sd cards, flashing new firmware, installing my own roms, different consoles.
The carts won’t load/ run anything. You either get a white screen or lots of corrupt sound/ video glitches.
Save yourself the disappointment and go buy an ez-flash or everdrive.
(i found out the hard way; buy cheap, buy twice).
